Ronnie Sloan is an independent consultant who specializes in business process analysis, executive coaching and teambuilding. She consults for a number of large local companies in a variety of industries including accounting, information technology, legal and non-profit.

Ronnie is also a partner and the president of Fair, Anderson & Langerman Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors. She oversees the operations of the firm as well as furthers its commitment to a positive firm culture which fosters its employees' professional, personal, and career growth.

Prior to consulting, Ronnie was employed for nearly ten years by a prominent estate-planning law firm where her extensive management skills and leadership ability propelled her career from Controller to Executive Operations Director and a vital member of the firm's management team.

Ronnie, a native Nevadan, is committed to the growth and well being of the Las Vegas community and volunteers her time to various organizations. She was co-founder of Seeds of Light, a non-profit organization created to provide support to the Mash Village Shelter women's division. The Seeds of Light team has been invited to share their message with many local groups. Ronnie continues to receive and accept invitations as the keynote speaker for personal and professional growth seminars. She also mentors at risk teens through YES, Inc.
